有限元分析法对口腔种植修复的研究进展

摘要 三维有限元分析法因其建模准确、重复性高、应用范围广、高效灵活、直观性强等原因应用于口腔种植学领域,已成为研究口腔种植学口腔生物力学的重要手段。种植修复的机械并发症与种植体结构、种植体植入设计方式、咬合负载等原因相关;近年来,许多学者们使用有限元分析法对种植生物力学研究。本文对近年来三维有限元分析法对口腔种植学的研究进展综述。Three-dimensional finite element analysis has the advantages of accurate modeling, high complex-ity, wide application range, effective and flexible, and strong intuitiveness. It has become an im-portant method for the study of oral biomechanics in the field of oral culture. The mechanical com-plications of implant restoration are related to implant structure, implant design and occlusal load. In recent years, many researchers have used finite element analysis to study the biomechanics of plantation. This paper reviews the research progress of three-dimensional finite element analysis on oral implantology in recent years.
