Research Progress of Extracellular Vesicles as Biomarkers in Organ Transplantation

器官移植是终末期器官功能障碍的唯一有效的治疗方法。细胞外囊泡是释放到周围体液中的纳米级双层脂质囊泡,细胞外囊泡在器官移植术后无创功能监测和早期诊断移植器官功能障碍方面具有极大的应用前景,本文就细胞外囊泡作为一种新兴生物标志物在器官移植领域中的进展进行综述。

Organ transplantation is the only effective treatment for end-stage organ dysfunction. Extracellular vesicles are nanoscale bilayer lipid vesicles released into the surrounding body fluids. Extracellular vesicles have great application prospects in non-invasive function monitoring and early diagnosis of organ dysfunction after organ transplantation. This article reviews the progress of extracellular vesicles as a new biomarker in the field of organ transplantation.
