脓毒症凝血功能的异常,几乎发生在所有的脓毒症患者的病理生理进程中,随着持续的内皮损伤与凝血功能的障碍相互促进,导致脓毒症的持续进展。越来越多的学者开始认识到,或许脓毒症的本质正是一种内皮病。因此,对于内皮稳态的失衡进行尽早干预,对减少脓毒症重症的发生有重要的意义,本文对脓毒症凝血病中的内皮机制及潜在治疗方案作一综述。

The abnormalities of coagulation occur in the pathophysiologic processes of almost all sepsis patients. Leading to continued progression of sepsis as ongoing endothelial injury and coagulation dysfunction reinforce each other. More and more scholars have begun to realize that perhaps the nature of sepsis is the disease of endothelium. Therefore, early intervention for the imbalance of endothelial homeostasis is of great significance to reduce the severity of sepsis and healthcare burden. This article reviews the endothelial mechanism and potential therapeutic options in sepsis induced coagulation disorders.
