Research Progress on the Efficacy of N-Acetylcysteine in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

慢性阻塞性肺病是一种常见、可预防、可治疗的疾病,但广泛的漏诊和误诊导致患者得不到治疗或治疗不正确。研究表明,乙酰半胱氨酸是一种具有多重药理作用的黏液溶解剂,有较好的黏痰溶解作用,在辅助治疗COPD方面具有较好疗效。本文就N-乙酰半胱氨酸在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效研究进展作一综述。

COPD is a common, preventable, and treatable disease, but widespread missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis result in patients being left untreated or treated incorrectly. Studies have shown that acetylcysteine is a mucolytic agent with multiple pharmacological effects, which has a good phlegm dissolving effect and has a good effect in the adjuvant treatment of COPD. This article reviews the research progress of N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
