CNKI中儿童哮喘治疗高被引文献的计量分析

摘要 目的:分析CNKI数据库中儿童哮喘治疗领域高被引文献的特征,为儿童哮喘治疗研究提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI),来源类别为SCI来源期刊和北大核心,检索范围:期刊,检索时限为2015年1月至2023年11月,检索内容为篇名儿童哮喘的治疗高被引论文。以此为研究对象分析此类论文的发表年份、载文期刊、文献作者、作者机构、关键词、基金类别。结果:最终纳入207篇文献,被引文献190篇,高被引文献115篇,其中高被引文献于2015年最多,分布在11种期刊杂志上,其中中国当代儿科杂志的儿童哮喘治疗高被引文献数量、总被引频次排在第1位;论文具有多个作者合作的特点;作者机构中院校和医院排在前两位。 Objective: To analyze the characteristics of highly cited literature in the field of children asthma treatment in CNKI database, and to provide reference for the study of children asthma treatment. Methods: CNKI was searched by computer, and the source categories were SCI source journals and Peking University Core. The search scope was journals, and the search time was from January 2015 to November 2023, and the search content was highly cited papers on the treatment of children asthma. Taking this as the research object, we analyze the publication year, journal, author, author institution, keywords and fund category of these papers. Results: 207 literatures were included, including 190 cited literatures and 115 highly cited literatures, among which the most highly cited literatures were distributed in 11 journals and magazines in 2015. Among them, the number of highly cited literatures and the total cited frequency of pediatric asthma treatment in Chinese Journal of Contemporary Pediatrics ranked first. The paper is characterized by the collaboration of multiple authors. Universities and hospitals ranked first and second among the author institutions.
