盖尔森基兴诺卡菌致肺部感染病例1例

A Case of Pulmonary Infection Caused by Nocardia cyriacigeorgica

盖尔森基兴诺卡菌(Nocardia cyriacigeorgica)感染是一种临床患者中相对罕见的肺诺卡菌病。一般来说,诺卡菌病多发生于免疫缺陷患者中。本文报道了一名16岁免疫功能正常的男性患者,因间断胸痛半月,咳嗽咳痰8天入院,通过支气管肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, BALF)送检宏基因组二代测序(metagenomics Next-Generation Sequencing, mNGS)鉴定出盖尔森基兴诺卡菌感染,采用口服复方磺胺甲噁唑片联用利奈唑胺片控制感染的病例,进一步提高临床对该病的认识。

Infection with Nocardia cyriacigeorgica is a relatively rare pulmonary disease in clinical patients. Generally speaking, Nocardia is more common in immunocompromised patients. This article reports a 16-year-old male patient with normal immune function who was admitted to the hospital due to intermittent chest pain for half a month and coughing and sputum for 8 days. Through metagenomic Next-Generation Sequencing of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, Nocardia cyriacigeorgica infection was identified. The infection was controlled using oral TMP-SMX combined with linezolid tablets, further enhancing clinical awareness of the disease.
