神经内镜手术治疗颅内肿瘤的现状及进展

摘要 颅内肿瘤又被称为脑肿瘤,是指发生于颅腔内的神经系统肿瘤,是一类严重的疾病,对患者的生命健康构成威胁。传统的治疗方法包括手术切除、放疗和化疗等,目前治疗颅内肿瘤仍以手术治疗为主。在当前医疗技术快速发展的背景下,神经内镜手术作为一种新兴的微创技术,因其对患者创伤小、恢复快等优势,在神经外科领域得到了广泛应用。然而,面对颅内肿瘤这一复杂且敏感的手术对象,如何提高手术精确性和安全性,减少术后并发症,一直是临床医生探索的重点。本文将对神经内镜手术在治疗颅内肿瘤的现状及进展等相关方面进行阐述。 Intracranial tumors, also known as brain tumors, are neurological tumors that occur in the cranial cavity, and are a serious class of diseases that pose a threat to the life and health of patients. Traditional treatment methods include surgical resection, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, etc. At present, the treatment of intracranial tumors is still mainly based on surgical treatment. In the context of the current rapid development of medical technology, neuroendoscopic surgery, as an emerging minimally invasive technique, has been widely used in the field of neurosurgery due to its advantages of fewer traumas to patients and faster recovery. However, in the face of intracranial tumors, a complex and sensitive surgical object, how to improve surgical precision and safety and reduce postoperative complications has been the focus of clinicians’ exploration. In this article, we will describe the current status and progress of neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of intracranial tumors and other related aspects.
