术后认知功能障碍(POCD)是患者手术后可能出现的一种并发症,它对患者的长期预后产生了影响。本文对POCD的影响因素、发生机制及预防对策等方面展开综述,旨在为临床医疗工作者在理解和处理POCD时提供坚实的理论支撑。
Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is a complication that may occur after surgery, and it has an impact on the long-term prognosis of patients. In this paper, the influencing factors, pathogenesis and preventive measures of POCD are reviewed, aiming to provide solid theoretical support for clinical workers to understand and deal with POCD.
