随着新型冠状病毒大流行的发生,肺部感染(Pulmonary Infection)作为一种高发病率的感染性疾病,其防治手段的更新受到了广泛的关注。而机体内的维生素D或可通过固有免疫、适应性免疫及其他机制影响肺部感染的发生和发展。深入研究维生素D与肺部感染的相关性及潜在机制,或可为维生素D辅助治疗肺部感染提供依据。

With the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pandemic, pulmonary infection, as a high incidence infectious disease, has received extensive attention to update its prevention and treatment methods. Vitamin D in the body may affect the occurrence and development of lung infection through innate immunity, adaptive immunity and other mechanisms. Further research on the correlation between vitamin D and lung infection and its potential mechanism may provide a basis for vitamin D adjuvant treatment of lung infection.
