Acupuncture is a special method of treating acupuncture diseases. Clinical experience and experiments have shown that acupuncture is effective in treating pain, has high clinical value, and has long formed a treatment system based on various acupuncture techniques and acupuncture points. The instructor has rich experience in the application of “pain points” in the treatment of herpes zoster, and often achieved remarkable results in clinical application. Preface: Pain is an unpleasant subjective sensation produced by the brain in response to tissue damage or stimuli that may cause tissue damage, mostly manifested as stinging, burning, tearing, cramping, etc., and accompanied by anxiety, fear, distress and other complex psychological behavior. The American Pain Society defines it as “the fifth sign of life”. There are more than 300 million chronic pain patients in China, and the number is increasing by 10 to 20 million every year. Pain can occur in people of all ages, and the current treatment mainly relies on painkillers, which can improve short-term local symptoms, but the long-term efficacy of China’s 300 million chronic pain patients is still unsatisfactory.
