自身免疫性肝病和干燥综合征在临床上常合并发生,但在临床工作中不易诊疗,现将1例继发全血细胞减少的病例研究报道,并进行相关讨论。

Autoimmune liver disease and Sjogren’s syndrome often occur simultaneously in the clinic, but it is not easy to diagnose and treat in clinical work. Now, a case study report of secondary total blood cell reduction will be presented and related discussions will be carried out.
