卵圆孔未闭封堵术治疗偏头痛患者的相关研究进展

Research Progress on Patent Foramen Ovale Closure in the Treatment of Migraine Patients

大量的研究发现偏头痛与卵圆孔未闭这两种疾病之间存在一定的关系,但关系性质尚不清晰。而引发偏头痛的病理机制也尚不确切,所以针对病因的治疗就存在一定的局限性。多项研究结果也提示,对于合并PFO的部分偏头痛患者,行PFO封堵术后临床症状得以改善,但也有研究认为介入手术的疗效优势尚不明显。本文主要从PFO与偏头痛之间的关系、两者相关的发病机制、PFO封堵术治疗偏头痛的相关研究及临床症状改善的相关因素等方面进行综述。

A large number of studies have found a certain relationship between migraine and patent foramen ovale, but the nature of the relationship is still unclear. The pathological mechanism that causes migraines is still unclear, so there are certain limitations in the treatment of the cause. Multiple research results also suggest that for some migraine patients with combined PFO, clinical symptoms can be improved after PFO occlusion surgery. However, some studies suggest that the therapeutic advantage of interventional surgery is not yet significant. This article mainly reviews the relationship between PFO and migraine, the pathogenesis of their correlation, research on PFO occlusion for migraine treatment, and factors related to clinical symptom improvement.
