股骨颈骨折临床较为常见,其发生率随着人们老龄化的加剧及因意外事故如从高的地方跌下或车祸所导致的严重伤害而不断攀升。股骨颈骨折按照年龄分为青壮年股骨颈骨折和老年股骨颈骨折。股骨颈骨折亦可通过X光和CT可以迅速判断。不同类型股骨颈骨折的治疗方式也存在争议,本文就股骨颈骨折的治疗进展进行综述。

Femoral neck fractures are common in clinical practice, and their frequency is increasing with aging and serious injuries caused by accidents such as falling from a high place or car accidents. Femoral neck fractures are divided into young and elderly femoral neck fractures. Fractures of the femoral neck can also be quickly diagnosed by X-ray and CT. The treatment of different types of femoral neck fractures is also controversial. This article reviews the progress of the treatment of femoral neck fractures.
