我国人口老龄化日益严重,脑卒中发病率不断上升,已经成为我国当前面临的重要公共卫生问题。本文对健康管理概念、发展模式、影响因素及效果评价进行综述,并对现阶段脑卒中病人健康管理存在的问题与展望进行分析旨在为我国脑卒中患者健康管理干预提供参考依据。

The aging population in China is increasingly serious, and the incidence of stroke is increasing, which has become an important public health problem in China. This paper summarizes the concept, development mode, influencing factors and effect evaluation of health management, and analyzes the problems and prospects of the health management of stroke patients at present, aiming to provide reference for the health management intervention of stroke patients in China.
