吸烟相关性间质性肺病的研究进展

吸烟对呼吸系统的危害是显而易见的,除会导致最为常见的慢性阻塞性肺疾病之外,还会导致多种间质性肺疾病的发生,与吸烟有关的间质性肺疾病又称吸烟相关性间质性肺病,是一组表现多样、发病机制不同的疾病,其共同点是疾病的发生及进展均与吸烟有所关联。影像学对疾病早期的特征性表现较为敏感,可以在疾病的早期结合患者的吸烟史及临床表现对疾病进行诊断,从而对疾病进行早期干预。本文旨在通过临床结合影像学表现来阐述该疾病,为临床提供影像学相关的参考。

The harm of smoking to the respiratory system is obvious, in addition to causing the most common chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, it will also lead to the occurrence of a variety of interstitial lung diseases, smoking-related interstitial lung disease, also known as smoking-related interstitial lung disease, is a group of diseases with diverse manifestations and different pathogenesis, the common point is that the occurrence and progression of the disease are related to smoking. Imaging is sensitive to the characteristic manifestations in the early stage of the disease, and the diagnosis of the disease can be combined with the patient’s smoking history and clinical manifestations in the early stage of the disease, so as to carry out early intervention of the disease. The purpose of this article is to elaborate on this disease through clinical combined imaging manifestations and provide imaging-related references for clinical practice.
