基于“脾肾相关”理论探讨肠道菌群、性激素与老年慢性皮肤瘙痒症的关系

Exploring the Relationship among Intestinal Flora, Sex Hormones and Chronic Skin Pruritus in the Elderly Based on the Theory of “Spleen-Kidney Correlation”

老年慢性皮肤瘙痒症的发生、发展过程中,与患者脏腑亏损密切相关,尤其是脾肾不足的致病作用最为突出。本文从“脾肾相关”理论出发,结合现代医学研究中肠道菌群、性激素在老年皮肤瘙痒症中的作用,探讨“脾肾相关”理论与肠道菌群、性激素的关系。在现代研究中,随着年龄的增长肠道菌群的多样性、性激素的水平都会变化,而中医理论中脾肾的功能也是如此,肠道菌群与性激素联系紧密、互相影响的关系与“脾肾相关”更具有一致性,研究表明肠道菌群与脾、性激素与肾分别有一定对应关系。故“脾肾相关”理论与肠道菌群、性激素具有高度契合性,以此论治,将为中医药对老年慢性皮肤瘙痒症的临床防治和研究提供新的理论依据与思路。

The occurrence and development of chronic pruritus in the elderly are closely related to the deficiencies of the patient’s internal organs;especially the spleen and kidney deficiencies are the most prominent pathogenic role. In this paper, we start from the theory of “spleen-kidney related” and discuss the relationship between the theory of “spleen-kidney related”, intestinal flora and sex hormones in the study of pruritus in the elderly, in combination with the role of intestinal flora and sex hormones in the study of modern medicine. In modern research, the diversity of intestinal flora and the level of sex hormones change with age, and the function of the spleen and kidney in Chinese medicine theory is also the same, and the relationship between intestinal flora and sex hormones is closely linked and mutually affecting, which is more consistent with the theory of “spleen-kidney correlation”, and the research shows that there are certain corresponding relationships between intestinal flora and the spleen, and the sex hormones and the kidney respectively. Studies have shown that the intestinal flora and the spleen and the sex hormones and the kidney have certain corresponding relationships. Therefore, the theory of “spleen-kidney correlation” is highly compatible with the intestinal flora and sex hormones, which will provide new theoretical basis and ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of chronic pruritus in the elderly by Chinese medicine.
