循经消结推拿治疗寒湿证型腰椎间盘突出症患者下肢疼痛疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Xunjingxiaojie Massage on Lower Limb Pain of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation of Cold and Dampness Syndrome

目的:观察循经消结推拿手法对腰椎间盘突出症寒湿证型患者下肢疼痛的影响。方法:选取2022年6月至2023年3月就诊于新疆医科大学第四附属医院推拿科门诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为常规推拿组及循经推拿组,每组42例。常规推拿组给予常规推拿疗法治疗,循经推拿组在对照组治疗的基础上给予循经消结推拿治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、直腿抬高角度及腰椎关节活动度、简化麦吉尔疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)、复发率等各项指标。结果:循经推拿组有效率(95.24%)远高于常规推拿组有效率(76.19%) (P P P P P P < 0.01)。结论:循经消结推拿手法治疗寒湿证型腰椎间盘突出症有更好的临床治疗效果,同时能够有效恢复肢体活动功能、避免疾病复发,能在一定程度上提高患者生活质量。

Objective: To observe the effect of Xunjingxiaojie massage on lower limb pain in patients with cold dampness syndrome of LDH. Methods: A total of 84 LDH patients admitted to the Massage clinic of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method: massage group and massage group, with 42 cases in each group. The conventional massage group was treated with conventional massage therapy, and the circulating massage group was treated with circulating menstruation eliminating massage on the basis of the control group. Clinical efficacy, straight leg elevation Angle, lumbar joint motion, simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire (SF-MPQ), recurrence rate and other indicators were observed in the two groups. Results: The effective rate of massage group (95.24%) was much higher than that of conventional massage group (76.19%) (P P P P P P < 0.01). Conclusion: Xunjingxiaojie massage has better clinical effect on cold and dampness syndrome type LDH, which can effectively restore limb activity function, and improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent.
