腕管综合征是临床上最常见的周围神经疾患,是由于各种病因导致的正中神经受压而引起的手指麻木无力、感觉和运动功能障碍,严重者甚至出现大鱼际肌萎缩的临床症候群。随着腕管综合征发病率的提高,关于该病的研究越来越被重视。本综述通过综合文献回顾,概述其解剖结构及病因病机,进而详细探讨目前常见的治疗方法,旨在为临床医生和研究者提供关于腕管综合征治疗的最新研究进展和方法选择的参考,以促进该领域的进一步研究和临床实践。Carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common peripheral nerve disorder in clinical practice. It is a clinical syndrome characterized by numbness and weakness of the fingers, sensory and motor dysfunction, and in severe cases, even atrophy of the interosseous muscle due to compression of the median nerve by a variety of etiological factors. With the increasing incidence of carpal tunnel syndrome, research on this condition has been increasingly emphasized. Through a comprehensive literature review, this review outlines its anatomical structure and etiology, and then discusses in detail the current common treatment methods, aiming to provide clinicians and researchers with references on the latest research progress and method selection regarding the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, in order to promote further research and clinical practice in this field.
