摘要
目的:为了解和提高临床护士科研能力与职业认同现状提供依据,并探讨其相关性及影响因素。方法:采用护理人员科研能力自评量表和职业认同评定量表对102名临床一线护士进行调查。使用Fisher确切概率法、Spearman相关来评估护理人员科研能力与职业认同不同维度间的相关性。结果:护士科研能力的高、中和低水平与职业认同的职业认知评价、职业挫折应对和职业自我反思的差异具有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论:科研能力对职业认同有正向预测作用,提高科研能力有助于增强护士的职业认同。因此,护理管理者应密切关注护士的科研能力的培养。Objective: To provide evidence for understanding and improving the status quo of clinical nurses’ scientific research ability and professional identity, and to explore their correlation and influencing factors. Methods: 102 clinical nurses were investigated by using self-assessment scale of scientific research ability and professional identity assessment scale. Fisher’s exact probability method and Spearman correlation were used to evaluate the correlation between different dimensions of nursing staff’s scientific research ability and professional identity. Results: There were significant differences between the high, middle and low level of nurses’ scientific research ability and occupational cognitive evaluation, occupational frustration coping and professional self-reflection (P 0.05). Conclusion: Research ability has a positive predictive effect on professional identity, and improving research ability is helpful to enhance nurses’ professional identity. Therefore, nursing managers should pay close attention to the cultivation of nurses’ scientific research ability.
