微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的研究进展

摘要 骨质疏松症(osteoporsis, OP)已成为世界范围内的一种常见病和多发病。骨质疏松症患者容易发生骨折,椎体是骨质疏松性骨折最常发生的部位。骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture, OVCF)患者胸腰背部剧烈疼痛,脊柱畸形,治疗方法包括保守治疗、开放性手术及微创手术治疗,而微创手术治疗因其明确的临床疗效被广泛应用于临床治疗中。文章综述了微创手术治疗OVCF的方法,以期为临床治疗OVCF提供参考。Osteoporosis (osteoporsis, OP) has become a common and frequently-occurring disease worldwide. People with osteoporosis are prone to fractures, and the vertebral body is the most common site for osteoporotic fractures. Patients with severe thoracolumbar compression fracture (OVCF) and vertebral deformities are treated with conservative treatment, open surgery and minimally invasive surgery. Minimally invasive surgery is widely used in clinical treatment because of its clear clinical effect. This article reviews the methods of minimally invasive surgery for OVCF, in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of OVCF.
