Research Progress on the Mechanism of Kidney Stone Formation

肾结石是泌尿系统最常见的疾病之一。近年来,随着人们生活水平日益提升,肾结石的患病率急剧上升。且复发率高,首次结石发作后5年内复发率高达50%。因此预防结石的形成和复发意义重大。本综述旨在阐述目前已知的肾结石形成的机制,期望对早期预防结石形成及结石复发提供一定的帮助。Kidney stone disease is one of the most common diseases of the urinary system. In recent years, with the increasing improvement of people’s living standards, the prevalence of kidney stone disease has risen sharply. The recurrence rate is high, with a potential relapse rate reaching up to 50% within the first five years following the initial stone attack. Therefore, it is of great significance to prevent the formation and recurrence of stones. The purpose of this review is to explain the mechanism of kidney stone formation, and to provide some help for early prevention of stone formation and stone recurrence.
