A Brief Discussion on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Influenza from the Perspectives of Typhoid Fever and Febrile Disease

流行性感冒是由流感病毒引起的一种具有传染性的急性呼吸道疾病,具有发病急、传变迅速、流行性的特点。临床流感可分为寒性与温热性。流感中医病因病机复杂,本文浅谈其病因病机,从六经、卫气营血、三焦辨证体系,辨证施治,为临床中医药防治流感提供新的思路。Influenza is an infectious acute respiratory disease caused by influenza virus, which is characterized by acute onset, rapid transmission and epidemic. Clinical influenza can be divided into cold and warm types. The etiology and pathogenesis of influenza in traditional Chinese medicine are complex. This article discusses its etiology and pathogenesis, and provides new ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of influenza through the differentiation system of the Six Meridians, Weiqi Yingxue and Sanjiao.
