摘要 klotho是一个与衰老相关的基因,主要表达于肾脏。研究证明klotho基因的许多生物学功能在慢性肾脏病进展的过程中发挥重大作用。本文对该基因在慢性肾脏病中的作用进行了综述,探讨其在慢性肾脏病发病中的影响。The gene of klotho is associated with aging that is mainly expressed in the kidneys. The biological functions of klotho gene have been demonstrated to play an important role in the progression of chronic kidney disease. The review is about the effect of this gene on chronic kidney disease and explores its role in the development of chronic kidney disease.
