精索静脉曲张性不孕症的病因及治疗研究进展

男性不育症不仅对个人的身心健康造成严重影响,而且对家庭的和谐甚至社会的发展也极为不利。在众多引起男性不育的病因中,精索静脉曲张(VC)是其中一个较为重要的病因。目前国内外采用多种方法治疗VC所致的男性不育症,取得了一定的效果。本文通过检索近年来新发表的文献,就VC性男性不育症的病因和治疗方法在此进行综述。Male infertility not only has a serious impact on the physical and mental health of individuals, but is also extremely detrimental to family harmony and even social development. Among the many causes of male infertility, varicocele (VC) is one of the most important causes. At present, a variety of methods are used at home and abroad to treat male infertility caused by VC, and certain effects have been achieved. This article reviews the causes and treatments of VC-related male infertility by searching newly published literature in recent years.
