摘要
肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)是一种恶性肿瘤,有恶性程度较高、治疗效果较差、预后不良等特点,以及病人平均生存时间较短,以下简称肝癌。而影响原发性肝癌预后的因素很多,大致可分为患者因素、肿瘤本身因素、治疗相关因素3大类。本文综述了影响原发性肝癌预后的相关因素,为该病患者的临床诊疗和预后判断提供一定参考。Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a kind of malignant tumor with high malignant degree, poor therapeutic effect and poor prognosis, and the average survival time of patients is short. There are many factors affecting the prognosis of primary liver cancer, which can be roughly divided into three categories: patient factors, tumor factors and treatment-related factors. In this paper, the factors affecting the prognosis of primary liver cancer were reviewed in order to provide some reference for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with this disease.
