近年来,呈年轻化发展趋势的脑卒中已然成为严重危害人类生命与健康的疾病。而肩关节半脱位作为卒中后较常见的一种并发症,不仅严重妨碍患者的肢体功能康复,还降低其日常生活能力,给患者造成极大的心理负担。因此,如何进行正确的早期预防和临床治疗尤为关键。多年来,针对卒中后肩关节半脱位的临床治疗方案众多且疗效各异,本文选取近年国内外相关研究,对卒中后肩关节半脱位的临床进展进行论述,以期为临床制定标准化治疗方案提供参考。In recent years, the trend of stroke becoming younger has become a serious disease that poses a great threat to human life and health. Shoulder subluxation, as a common complication after a stroke, not only seriously hinders the patient’s physical function recovery but also reduces their daily living abilities, causing significant psychological burden to the patients. Therefore, the importance of proper early prevention and clinical treatment cannot be overstated. Over the years, there have been numerous clinical treatment options for post-stroke shoulder subluxation with varying efficacy. This article selects relevant domestic and foreign studies in recent years to discuss the clinical progress of post-stroke shoulder subluxation, aiming to provide references for establishing standardized treatment plans in clinical practice.
