摘要 中国是一个人口大国,随着老龄化问题的逐渐发展,繁衍生殖的矛盾愈发尖锐。近年来,女性生殖不良事件比率逐年上升,已经成为我们亟待解决的一大难题。输卵管是女性特有的生殖道结构之一,其微环境的差异或改变与发生生殖不良事件具有一定的相关性,本文将从细胞、液体环境等方面对输卵管微环境与女性生殖不良事件进行综述,以期为相关研究和临床实践提供参考。China is a populous country, and with the gradual development of the ageing problem, the contradiction of reproduction and reproduction has become more and more acute. In recent years, the rate of female reproductive adverse events has been increasing year by year and has become a major problem that we need to solve. The fallopian tube is one of the unique female reproductive tract structures, and differences or changes in its microenvironment have a certain correlation with the occurrence of reproductive adverse events. In this paper, we will review the microenvironment of the fallopian tube and female reproductive adverse events in terms of the cellular and fluid environments, with a view to providing references to related research and clinical practice.
