从肝肾论治围绝经期综合征的研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome from Liver, Spleen and Kidney

围绝经期综合征是临床常见疾病之一,自然绝经或人工绝经都可引发此病。此病症状复杂,病程长短不一,西医多通过激素补充治疗,见效快,但是禁忌证、不良反应相对较多。祖国医学中对于此病并无明确记载,现多将其归为“绝经前后诸证”的范畴。现代中医继承前人从肾论治此病的经验,发展到现在从肝肾论治此病,本文对近5年来有关中医药从肝肾论治围绝经期综合征的文献进行归纳、整理和总结,以期为今后中医药治疗在防治围绝经期综合征方面提供更多的借鉴与参考。Perimenopausal syndrome is one of the common clinical diseases, natural menopause or artificial menopause can cause this disease. The symptoms of this disease are complex, and the length of the disease is different. Western medicine mostly treats it with hormone supplement, which has a quick effect, but there are many contraindications, and adverse reactions are relatively more. There is no clear record of this disease in Chinese medicine, and it is often classified as the category of “before and after menopausal symptoms”. Modern traditional Chinese medicine predecessors inherit the experience of treating this disease from the kidney theory and develop the treatment of this disease from the liver and kidney theory. This article summarizes, organizes, and concludes the literature on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine from the liver and kidney theory in the past five years, in order to provide more reference for the future treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
