正常范围促甲状腺激素与心血管疾病的研究进展

Research Progress on Normal Range Thyroid Stimulating Hormone and Cardiovascular Disease

甲状腺功能与心血管系统之间存在着很大的关联,越来越多的证据表明甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减退、亚临床甲状腺疾病均与心血管风险增加有关。然而,在甲状腺功能正常的人群中,促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone, TSH)与心血管疾病的进展和死亡风险研究较少且存在的争议也较大。现总结近年来正常范围血清TSH的心血管疾病的研究进展,主要从颈动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、高血压、心律失常等方面进行综述。There is a significant correlation between thyroid function and the cardiovascular system, and increasing evidence suggests that hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, and subclinical thyroid diseases are all associated with increased cardiovascular risk. However, in the population with normal thyroid function, there is limited research on the relationship between thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and the risk of cardiovascular disease progression and death, and there is also significant controversy. This article summarizes the research progress of cardiovascular diseases with normal serum TSH in recent years, mainly from atherosclerosis of carotid artery, coronary heart disease, hypertension, arrhythmia and other aspects.
