Overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment for Laryngogenic Cough

喉源性咳嗽属于中国传统医学咳嗽、喉痹等范畴,其临床特点是“咽痒作咳,不痒不咳”。随着气候、环境以及情绪变化等问题,现代社会喉源性咳嗽发病人数逐年增高,笔者通过查找万方、知网、维普等数据库,研究揭示采用中医特色疗法(中医外治法)对本疾病展现出显著疗效。中医学对喉源性咳嗽的治疗独树一帜,运用多种外治疗法,既保留传统精华又体现实用便捷性。其中,穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆、穴位注射、吹药及含漱法等,皆是中医智慧的结晶。其不仅彰显中国传统医学独特疗法,且操作简便、安全性强,为患者提供了多样化的选择。本篇文章笔者将通过系统性总结有关喉源性咳嗽(喉痹)中医外治法治疗的研究,本文综述10余种临床诊疗方法,旨在为临床医务人员提供有价值的参考与启示。Throat cough belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine cough and pharyngitis, and its clinical characteristics are “coughing when the throat is itchy, but not when it is not itchy”. With the changes in climate, environment, and emotions, the incidence of laryngeal cough in modern society has been increasing year by year. Through searching databases such as Wanfang, CNKI, and VIP, the author revealed that the use of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies (TCM external treatment methods) has shown significant therapeutic effects on this disease. Traditional Chinese medicine is unique in the treatment of laryngogenic cough. Using a variety of external treatments, it not only retains the traditional essence but also reflects practical convenience. Among them, acupoint application, ear acupressure, acupoint injection, herbal blowing, and mouthwash are all the crystallization of traditional Chinese medicine wisdom. It not only showcases the unique therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, but also has simple operation and strong safety, providing patients with diverse choices. In this article, the author will systematically summarize the research on traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods for laryngeal cough (pharyngitis). This article reviews more than 10 clinical diagnosis and treatment methods, aiming to provide valuable references and inspiration for clinical medical personnel.
