With the continuous progress of globalization, environmental pollution, resource shortage, terrorism and other issues have long gone beyond the boundaries of regions and nations, and become global problems that need to be faced by the whole mankind. The outbreak of COVID 19 once again shows that the fate of mankind has been closely linked. No country or region can survive alone. Only by living up to the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind and jointly addressing challenges, can we get out of the difficult situation.
