马克思主义劳动观作为马克思主义理论体系形成的架构基础,将马克思主义理论各部分有机串联,立足劳动实践方可理解人类历史发展的秘密。马克思主义劳动观的形成历经“始创–成长–成熟”三个阶段,其内容包含劳动是人的本质,劳动是人类社会关系形成、发展的基础,以及人类历史通过劳动创造、促使社会历史发展三个方面。马克思主义劳动观在当代具有丰厚的价值意蕴,体现在以下三个层面:一是个体层面:奠定劳动教育的理论基础,二是社会层面:揭示社会革命的主体力量,三是国家层面:指明民族复兴的必由之路。

The Marxist labor view, as the structural basis for the formation of the Marxist theoretical system, organically connects the various parts of Marxist theory, and based on labor practice can we understand the secrets of human historical development. The formation of Marxist labor view has gone through three stages of “initiation-growth-maturity”. Its content includes that labor is the essence of human beings, labor is the foundation for the formation and development of human social relations, and labor creates human history and promotes the development of social history. The Marxist labor concept has rich value meaning in the contemporary era, which is reflected in the following three levels: one is the individual level: laying the theoretical foundation of labor education, the second is the social level: revealing the main force of the social revolution, and the third is the national level: specifying the only way that the nation revivals.
