法家的法治思想蕴含并传递着中国传统文化的丰富滋养和重要价值,许多后世都把法家思想认为是人生必读之作,其中所蕴含的丰富经验依然可以为当代全面推进依法治国中所遇到的问题提供智慧启迪,对于推动当代中国法治建设具有重要启示意义。本文在分析法家思想的基本内容后,根据法家思想的相关内容,从中获得当代法治建设的启示。

Legalism is the rule of law thoughts and convey the rich nourishment and important value of Chinese traditional culture, many later generations the legalists’ thought is a must-read life, which contains rich experience can still for the contemporary problems in promoting the rule of law to provide enlightenment wisdom, has important significance to promote the construction of contemporary Chinese rule of law. After analyzing the basic content of legalist thought, this paper obtains enlightenment from the contemporary legal construction according to the relevant content of legalist thought.
