马克思主义唯物史观表明:利益的出现和变迁是意识形态产生和发展的物质动力。针对马克思主义利益观进行简要梳理以探究意识形态话语权建构,其价值意蕴在于整合社会共识,维护意识形态安全和巩固马克思主义思想指导地位。而在利益变迁的时代格局之下,意识形态话语权的建构面临多重挑战,为抵御外部错误文化侵蚀,妥善处理利益关系,化解利益藩篱,实现各方利益和谐发展。为此,应不断夯实意识形态话语的物质基础、情感认同并持续开展意识形态话语创新,提升意识形态话语阐释能力,以促进国家内部繁荣稳定与外部的权益保障。

Marxist historical materialism shows that the emergence and change of interests are the material power for the generation and development of ideology. In view of the Marxist interest view, to explore the construction of ideological discourse power, its value implication lies in integrating social consensus, maintaining ideological security and consolidating the guiding position of Marxist thought. However, under the era pattern of changing interests, the construction of ideological discourse power is faced with multiple challenges. In order to resist the erosion of external wrong culture, properly handle the interest relationship, resolve the interest barriers, and realize the harmonious development of the interests of all parties. Therefore, it has continuously strengthened the material foundation and emotional identity of ideological discourse, and continuously carried out ideological discourse innovation, so as to promote the internal prosperity and stability of the country and the protection of external rights and interests.
