马克思主义反贫困理论科学阐述了无产阶级贫困的根源、解决路径与未来目标,分析了绝对贫困与相对贫困的关联以及贫困内涵的整体性,是一个科学的理论体系。中国共产党根据中国实际,继承和发展马克思主义反贫困理论,不断推进马克思主义反贫困理论中国化。贯彻马克思主义反贫困理论,理应坚持制度变革是前提、党的领导是根本、发展才是硬道理、精准是关键。

The Marxist anti-poverty theory scientifically expounds the root causes, solutions and future goals of proletarian poverty, analyzes the relationship between absolute poverty and relative poverty, and the integrity of the connotation of poverty. It is a scientific theoretical system. The Communist Party of China inherits and develops the Marxist anti-poverty theory according to China’s reality, and continuously promotes the Sinicization of the Marxist anti-poverty theory. To implement the Marxist anti-poverty theory, we should insist that institutional reform is the premise, CPC leadership is the foundation, development is the last word, and target is the key.
