Theoretical Research on Marx’s Legal Philosophy from the Perspective of Labor Philosophy

基于劳动哲学的马克思主义法律哲学思想,最明显的特征便是把人类社会活动的法律现象作为社会物质生产劳动发展史去把握,并强调法律立法、执法、司法等法律行为均属于人类社会精神生产劳动实践。本文在实践劳动的基础上,主要研究马克思法哲学思想的法律起源论、劳动本体论和法律价值论这三个理论,通过对上述理论进行研究发现,从劳动实践为起点去认识世界是马克思哲学的基本特点,贯穿于每一个理论之中。
