为保障劳动者正当权益,马克思通过论述劳动关系揭露资产阶级剥削压迫无产阶级劳动者的本质,并在批判继承前人劳动思想的基础上形成了劳动伦理思想。本文将从马克思劳动伦理思想的理论来源出发,通过对马克思劳动伦理思想中自由平等的劳动关系伦理、公平正义的劳动分配伦理、和谐愉悦的劳动幸福伦理等内涵进行阐述,揭示其当代价值,为中国新时代劳动教育的发展、和谐劳动关系的构建和公民道德素质的建设提供行动指南。

In order to protect the basic rights and interests of workers, Marx exposed the essence of bourgeois exploitation and oppression of proletarian workers by expounding labor relations, and formed la-bor ethics on the basis of critically inheriting previous labor thoughts. This article will start from the theoretical source of Marx’s labor ethics thought, and reveal its contemporary value by elabo-rating the free and equal labor relations ethics, fair and just labor distribution ethics, harmonious and happy labor ethics and other connotations of Marx’s labor ethics thought, so as to provide an action guide for the development of labor education in the new era of China, the construction of harmonious labor relations, and the construction of citizens’ moral quality.
