On Gramsci’s Theory of Cultural Hegemony and Its Contemporary Value

葛兰西通过对俄国十月革命的反思和分析国内面临的政治、经济、社会等一系列现实问题,并总结了自身的经验和教训,提出了文化霸权理论,为无产阶级争取革命斗争的胜利提供了另外一种思路,同时也对国家政权的巩固与发展提供了启示作用。在新时代的语境下,葛兰西的文化霸权理论对当代我国意识形态领域的建设依旧有独特的借鉴价值。

Through reflection on the October Revolution in Russia and analysis of a series of practical issues facing China, such as politics, economy, and society, Gramsci summarized his own experience and lessons, and proposed a theory of cultural hegemony, providing another way of thinking for the proletariat to win the revolutionary struggle, while also providing inspiration for the consolidation and development of national power. In the context of the new era, Gramsci’s theory of cultural hegemony still has unique reference value for the construction of contemporary China’s ideological field.
