马克思主义和中国优秀传统文化的融合和发展有强烈的历史必然性。在实践中,马克思既从中国传统文化中吸取精华,又根据自己的实际情况,实现了自身的本土化,并结合时代需要对中国优秀传统文化进行创造性转化和发展。在新的历史时期,为满足中国文化建设与发展的现实要求,我们要把马克思主义与中国优秀传统文化相结合,并在此基础上探讨二者相融的具体途径,这对我们实现中国式现代化和树立文化自信具有重要现实意义。

There is a strong historical inevitability to the integration and development of Marxism and China’s excellent traditions and culture. In practice, Marx has both taken the essence from traditional Chinese culture and localised itself according to his own practical situation, and has creatively transformed and developed China’s excellent traditional culture in the light of the needs of the times. In the new historical period, in order to meet the realistic requirements of China’s cultural construction and development, it is essential for us to combine Marxism with China’s excellent traditional culture and, on this basis, to explore concrete ways of integrating the two, which has significant practical significance for us to achieve Chinese-style modernisation and build cultural confidence.
