If the Introduction to Hegel’s Critique of the Philosophy of Right is regarded as the epic of the struggle of the proletariat, then the emancipation of human thought is the logical theme of the epic. Based on historical materialism, Marx guided people to get rid of the shackles of religion, reform the backward political system and break free from the spiritual shackles of Hegel’s philosophy through his criticism of religion, politics and Hegel’s philosophy. Marx’s thought on human emancipation is still of particular theoretical significance and practical value, which indicates that socialist countries should actively guide religion to adapt to socialist society, give full play to the role of the main force of the proletarian revolution, and attach great importance to the leading role of philosophy and social sciences.
