随着数字技术的发展,数字文明的全面来临,数字化所产生的海量数据将会重塑人的劳动形态。在现代信息技术的影响下,数字环境的生成为数字劳动提供可持续的发展空间,数字劳动日趋主流,并成为促进社会发展的新型劳动之一。对象性的实践活动是其本质特征,劳动者的劳动、劳动对象以及劳动资料是其三个最基本的要素。尽管劳动的外延发生变化,资本逻辑下的数字劳动仍然存在着资本剥削以及劳动异化等问题。对此,建立合理、公平的制度,提升劳动者自我主体意识能够有效规避上述问题。

With the development of digital technology and the comprehensive arrival of digital civilization, the massive data generated by digitization will reshape human labor patterns. Under the influence of modern information technology, the generation of digital environment provides sustainable development space for digital labor, and digital labor is becoming increasingly mainstream and one of the new types of labor that promote social development. Object oriented practical activities are its essential characteristics, and the labor of workers, labor objects, and labor materials are its three most basic elements. Despite changes in the extension of labor, digital labor under the logic of capital still faces problems such as capital exploitation and labor alienation. Establishing a reasonable and fair system to enhance workers’ self-awareness can effectively avoid the aforementioned issues.
