论人本主义哲学的健康教育观及其当代价值

摘要 持续推进健康中国建设具有重要战略意义,本文尝试探讨人本主义哲学的健康教育观对推进健康中国建设的价值。通过梳理人本主义哲学的发展和当代定义及对人本主义哲学健康教育观做出符合我国背景的概念调整后,分析出人本主义哲学健康教育观的主要内容和特点,结合健康中国建设的时代背景、进行健康教育的工作重点及构建健康治理体系的需求,总结出人本主义哲学健康教育观对推进健康中国建设的价值如下:一是提供整体性的健康教育思路确保以人为本;二是重视个体的认知水平与学习兴趣有效推进健康知识的普及;三是营造真诚、关怀、理解的健康教育氛围推动健康治理体系的构建。 Continuously promoting the construction of a healthy China is of great strategic significance, and this paper attempts to explore the value of the humanistic philosophy’s view of health education in promoting the construction of a healthy China. After sorting out the development and contemporary definition of humanistic philosophy and making conceptual adjustments to the humanistic philosophy of health education in line with our country’s background, we analyse the main contents and characteristics of the humanistic philosophy of health education and taking into account the background of the era of the construction of a healthy China, the focus of health education, and the need to build a health governance system, we summarise the value of the humanistic philosophy of health education for the advancement of healthy China as follows: firstly, it provides a holistic approach to health education and ensures that it is people-centred;secondly, it pays attention to the individual’s cognitive level and interest in learning and effectively promotes the popularisation of health knowledge;and thirdly, it creates an atmosphere of sincerity, caring, and understanding in health education and promotes the construction of a health governance system.
