儒家文化所推崇的君子,其核心在于“仁”的内在价值导向和“礼”的外在行为规范。在当前中国现代化的进程中,君子文化在提升道德自律、优化商业环境、缓解矛盾方面仍然具有重要的现实价值。然而,君子在现代化转型中需对其背后隐含的历史印记进行审慎考量,以实现传统与现代的融合。同时,构建现代君子人格需与现代公民意识相结合,以实现传统价值的延续和超越。The Superior Man esteemed in Confucian culture, centers on the internal value orientation of “benevolence” and the external behavioral norms of “propriety”. In the current process of China’s modernization, the culture of the Superior Man retains significant practical value in enhancing moral self-discipline, optimizing the business environment, and mitigating conflicts. Nevertheless, during the transition to modernity, the Superior Man must critically examine the historical imprints embedded within, aiming to achieve a harmonious fusion of tradition and modernity. Furthermore, the construction of a modern Superior Man’s personality necessitates integration with contem- porary civic consciousness, thereby facilitating the continuation and transcendence of traditional values.
