新型光固化硅橡胶复合材料的配方研究

摘要 为了获得绝缘性能良好、施工简单的电缆包覆材料,研究了适于光固化快速成型的硅橡胶复合材料的配方,利用紫外光固化技术在铁片上形成不同配方的硅橡胶复合材料涂层。涂层采用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)表征了体系固化后的微观结构,用红外光谱(IR)对体系的成分进行研究,结果表明在配方为热固性树脂复合物:聚丙烯酸酯基硅氧烷 = 7:3或8:2、光引发剂用量为2%时,可以在铁片表面形成致密、均匀、稳定的涂层。In this study, the silicone rubber composites suitable for photo-curing and rapid prototyping were developed for the sake of cable insulation. The coatings were formed on the iron plate by UV curing technology. The microstructure of the system was characterized by an electron scanning microscope, and the composition of the system was studied by infrared spectroscopy. The experimental results showed that in the formulation of thermosetting resin composite: Polyacrylate ester siloxane = 7:3 or 8:2, the dense, uniform and stable coatings could be formed on the iron surface, with the adding. amount of 2wt% photoinitiator.
