智动化与智动化生产线综述

摘要 本文综述了自动化的过去、现在和未来,叙述了手动化、自动化和智动化的发展过程,给出了三者的内涵比较说明,给出了智动化生产线的基本特征以及与自动化的对照比较,简介了智动化生产线涉及的理论技术,介绍了智动化生产线仿真教学实验平台特点及实现的智动化功能,展望了以国内外品牌工业机器人及其智能化离线编程软件集成实现基于工业机器人智动化生产线仿真系统及前景。 This article summarizes the past, present, and future of automation, describes the development process of manual, automation and intelligent automation, provides a comparative explanation of the connotations of the three, and gives the basic characteristics of intelligent production lines and the comparison with automation in comparison. The theoretical technology involved in the intelli-gent production line is introduced, the characteristics of the intelligent production line simulation teaching experiment platform and the realized intelligent functions are introduced, and the inte-gration of domestic and foreign brand industrial robots and their intelligent offline programming software to realize the intelligent production line simulation system based on industrial robots and its prospects are looked forward.
