基于语音交互的供应链智能报表应用研究

摘要 在“大云移物智”的时代背景下,RPA、知识图谱、机器学习等新技术不断成为助推企业进行数字化转型的坚实力量。本文基于电网供应链业务专业能力和问题洞察能力,识别“数字员工”应用或提升的需求点,通过数据的直接提取、图像采集、自然语义识别等技术输入数据,配合机器学习算法、语音识别、大数据等智能化技术,构建软件机器人,形成虚拟员工,转变之前依靠人工处理的经验规则,推进数字员工执行业务,通过成果不断沉淀,形成可复用的服务模块,提升智能化水平。 In the era of “big cloud moving material intelligence”, new technologies such as RPA, knowledge graphs, and machine learning continue to become a solid force to promote digital transformation of enterprises. Based on the professional ability and problem insight ability of the power grid supply chain business, this paper identifies the demand points for the application or improvement of “digital employees”, and inputs data through technologies such as direct data extraction, image collection, and natural semantic recognition, and cooperates with machine learning algorithms, speech recognition, Intelligent technologies such as big data, build software robots, form virtual employees, change the experience rules that rely on manual processing before, promote digital employees to perform business, and form reusable service modules through the continuous accumulation of results to improve the level of intelligence.
