摘要
由于金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性愈发严重,本文旨在从深海洋淤泥样品中分离筛选出具有抗金黄色葡萄球菌特性的真菌菌株。经对峙培养共筛选出5株对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制性的菌株,采用琼脂扩散法对5株菌株的发酵液进行复筛,最终得到1株抑制效果最佳的菌株,编号1B24,其抑菌圈的直径为36 mm。经过形态鉴定、镜检、26S rDNA鉴定,最后确定其为篮状菌属(Talaromyces)。
Drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus became more serious in recent years. The objective of this study was to isolate marine fungi against Staphylococcus aureus from marine mud samples. A total of 5 strains of fungi were separated against Staphylococcus aureus by primary screening. 1 strain was screened after agar well diffusion method, named 1B24. Zone of inhibition was 36 mm. Finally, it was identified by morphological identification, microscopy and 26S rDNA identification. The result showed that 1B24 belongs to Talaromyces.
