摘要
海藻油中由于含有丰富的二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA),已经引起了食品、药品、保健品等领域的高度重视。另外,海藻的高产油能力使海藻被视为石油的可代替能源物之一。文章主要概述了包括冻融法、超声/微波法、酶解法、超临界流体萃取法、亚临界萃取法在内的五种方法在海藻油萃取技术上的研究进展,为海藻油的萃取技术研究和工业发展提供参考。
Seaweed oil is rich in EPA and DHA, which has been paid high attention in the field of food, medicine and health-care industry. In addition, seaweed algae can be considered as one of the alternative energy sources of oil because of its high oil production capacity. The main progresses of five methods, including freeze-thaw, ultrasonic/microwave, enzymolysis, supercritical fluid extraction and subcritical extraction are reviewed to provide some important information for seaweed oil research.
