摘要 通过自编《高校女教师的性别角色定位的调查问卷》,对528名安徽省部分高校女教师进行调查研究,数据统计分析发现:1) 有16.5%的高校女教师经常感到家庭和事业之间的冲突和矛盾,有67%的高校女教师有时感到,有16.5%的从来没感受到冲突和矛盾;2) 在事业和家庭冲突之间,有6%的高校女教师选择了事业,有58%的高校女教师选择了家庭,而有36%的女教师选择了无论如何也要两者兼顾;3) 对生活状态的感觉认知与其在家庭事业冲突之间的抉择成负相关(r = ?0.190),个人的目标规划与冲突中的抉择成正相关(r = 0.570),自我评价与冲突中的抉择成正相关(r = 0.242),事业追求与冲突抉择成正相关(r = 0.482);4) 有91%的高校女教师理想伴侣和现实伴侣之间完全符合或基本符合,有9%的女教师认为存在较大差异。95%的高校女教师理想家庭和现实家庭完全符合或基本符合,5%的女教师认为存在较大差异。85%的高校女教师理想性别特质和现实性别特征完全符合或基本符合,15%的女教师存在较大差异;5) 大多数高校女教师的理想伴侣和现实伴侣、理想家庭和现实家庭、理想性别特质和现实性别特质的标准基本一致,但高校女教师的理想性别特质和现实性别特质的差异比例较高,有15%认为有较大差异。 self female university teachers gender role questionnaire, conduct a survey of 528 Anhui Province, part of the college female teachers, the statistical analysis found that: 1) 16.5% of female university teachers often feel the family and conflicts and contradictions between the cause of 67% of female university teachers sometimes feel, 16.5% have never felt the conflicts and contradictions;2) In the conflict between career and family, 6% of female university teachers to choose a career, 58% of female university teachers selected families, and 36% of female teachers selected in any case have both;3) The feeling of living conditions of its choice between the family business conflict into a negative correlation (r = ?0.190), the choice of the individual goal planning and conflict positively correlated (r = 0.570), self-evaluation and conflict choice in a positive correlation (r = 0.242), the cause of the pursuit of conflict choice into a positive correlation (r = 0.482);4) 91% of female university teachers ideal companion and reality between partners fully comply with or meet the basic, 9% of the female teachers that are quite different. 95% of female university teachers ideal family and real family fully comply with or meet the basic 5% of female teachers think that there are large differences. 85% of female university teachers the ideal gender characteristics, and the reality of gender characteristics fully comply with or meet the basic 15% of female teachers there is a big difference;5) The majority of female university teachers ideal partner and reality companion, ideal for families, and the reality of family, the ideal gender characteristics, and the reality of gender traits standards are basically the same, but the ideal of female university teachers sex characteristics and the reality of gender traits differences in the proportion of higher 15% think there is a big difference.
