摘要
完美主义作为一种稳定的人格特质,其消极成分会产生抑郁等负性情绪。但因其稳定性,很难改变,因此有必要探讨影响完美主义与抑郁之间的中介机制。从中介机制的角度,寻找降低因完美主义产生的抑郁情绪产生的积极心理变量。本文主要对自尊,应对方式,社会支持,无条件自我接纳对二者之间的影响的中介机制的研究结果进行了总结,以期有效缓解心理问题,如:抑郁情绪,以及完美主义的消极成分。
As a stable personality trait, the negative of perfectionism leads to the negative mood, such as de-pression. Due to the stability and unchangeable characteristics of perfectionism, it is necessary to explore the mediation mechanism between perfectionism and depression. As for mediation me-chanism, we expect to find positive variables to resolve the psychological problems effectively caused from perfectionism. We draw a conclusion on factors of affecting mediation mechanism between perfectionism and depression, such as, self-respect, coping style, social support, uncondi-tional self-acceptance. It is our expectation to help resolving psychological problems effectively, such as depression, negative factors caused from perfectionism.
